A Flagship founding partner, Mike is an IT industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, who takes pride in finding the right technologies to meet clients’ requirements. His basic philosophy drives the company: “Understand clients’ business challenges and deliver valued insights and outcomes through IT.” Mike served for many years on Dell Computers’ Advisory Council, and prior to founding Flagship was Vice President at CONNECT Computer Corporation. He graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Information Systems.

John is a Flagship founding partner with 40 years of senior executive experience in the oil, gas, chemical and shipping industries. He has served as board member and Chief Financial Officer of the following companies: BP North America, Stolt Tankers and Terminals, Harris Chemicals, Hvide Marine, and MC Shipping. John has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse, and has been responsible for client-side acquisition of major information technologies throughout his career.

Phil has over 28 years of IT experience. As a senior healthcare consultant, he is responsible for leading a variety of complex strategic projects related to the healthcare industry. He manages the IT consulting team that provides project & professional services ranging from IT assessments & documentation to M&A integration to IT system migrations. Prior to joining Flagship in 2008, he held Information Technology Director roles in Connecticut at the Connecticut Hospital Association, St. Vincent's Medical Center, and Middlesex Hospital. ITIL-certified, Phil is driven to uncovering and implementing innovative, effective solutions to client problems through a hybrid approach which leverages current and leading-edge technologies. A member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Phil holds a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.

Gigi is responsible for Flagship’s accounting and finance operations and manages all client and partner agreements. She also serves as the company’s Human Resources manager, administering payroll and benefits. Gigi joined Flagship in 2016 with over 20 years’ experience managing finance & accounting operations for Connecticut-based information technology companies and has provided office automation software training and consulting to clients.

With over 20 years of customer technical support and field services experience Dave is ITIL-certified and brings a highly focused commitment to “doing things right” for the client. In 2004 he joined Flagship to manage technical operations which included both the internal Flagship day-to-day operations & workflows. Dave is currently focusing on the Sales-Operations workflows, tools and processes that are so critical to responsive servicing of customer needs. Proactive problem solving has been a hallmark of Dave’s career, including the creation of customer management databases to assure a well-rounded comprehension of client’s IT challenges and performance history.

In his role as Principal Engineer, John leads our Field Engineering team and manages projects of all scopes and sizes. His expertise and prowess in the technical space plays a critical role in major initiatives for Flagship Networks. His areas of expertise include IT infrastructure assessments and implementation, security compliance, threat assessment and mitigation, and enterprise solutions. He has served on Dell’s Partner Technical Advisor Council as well as a major contributor to Dell’s EqualLogic BETA testing program. John is also a valuable liaison to municipal clients, bringing a unique perspective from his experience as volunteer firefighter and EMT. John resides in Fairfield County with his wife and children.

As Executive Management Advisor Randy provides guidance to the Flagship Executive Team on the optimization of client value, business performance, and employee job satisfaction as well as on strategy, marketing, administration, finance, human resource, and legal functions. Retired from IBM, he served as VP/GM of their $1B+ banking managed services business, as well as leading large enterprise information technology & account management initiatives both in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to IBM he held executive P&L and marketing/product development positions at EDS, ADP, MasterCard, and a bank holding company. In addition to his corporate career, Randy has served in Executive Director & leadership roles in non-profit and municipal organizations both in the Midwest and Northeast U.S.

Jeff joined Flagship in 2020 with over 30 years of experience running marketing at profitable technology companies and start-ups. He is helping Flagship design and implement demand creation programs, digital marketing and partner co-marketing campaigns. Most recently, he was principal analyst for Marketing Operations at Forrester SiriusDecisions, where he helped clients to improve planning and execution processes, including the adoption of integrated campaign strategies, tech optimization and agile marketing processes to better align teams and improve customer outcomes.
